Build specification of the 159 m² steel house
The steel load-bearing structure is described by the manufacturer as resistant to earthquakes and harsh weather. The exterior walls are 22 cm and the interior walls 14 cm thick. The façade combines OSB with a weatherboard-style finish and Betopan corner trims. The windows are lead-free ERPEN PVC, the interior doors are moulded panel (“American-style”) doors, and the electrical installation is concealed. The roof is painted galvanised steel sheet, with metal roof tiles as an option. One balcony provides outdoor space.
