We have been producing prefab and steel-frame houses in Söğütlü since 2012. Every step from production to assembly is ours, so we can put price, schedule and quality in writing without a middleman.
Produced at our own plant
Our houses are made at our plant in Söğütlü, Sakarya. We do not sell another company's product; we build what we sell.
The same company installs
Our own crew assembles the house on your plot. Assembly, installation work, windows and painting come from one source with one responsible party.
Prices set by the manufacturer
The list price of all 57 models is published. Foundation, transport and crane depend on your plot and appear as separate lines in the written quote.

Building on your plot in Turkey from abroad
If you live outside Turkey, you can plan the whole house remotely. This is how the process works:
Send us your plot and model
The province and district of your plot, a location pin and the model you like are enough to start. WhatsApp or e-mail works best.
Written quote
Model price, foundation, transport and crane lines and the delivery date in one document.
Production and foundation
The house is produced at our plant. Meanwhile the concrete foundation is built on your plot according to the foundation plan we provide.
Assembly in 3–7 days
Once the foundation is ready, assembly, installation work and painting are completed and the house is handed over ready to use.
Permits: under Turkish law a prefab house is a building like any other. What matters is the zoning status of the plot, so please check it with the municipality before you order.

How long does assembly take?
Once the concrete foundation is ready, assembly, installation work and painting take 3–7 days. Production time depends on the model and the order queue and is written in the quote.
Who builds the foundation?
The plot owner has the concrete foundation built. We provide the foundation plan and the levels for the installation connections.
In which currency are the prices?
All list prices are in Turkish lira (TRY). The final amount, including foundation, transport and crane, is set in the written quote.
Where do you install?
We install in all 81 provinces of Turkey. Production takes place in Söğütlü, Sakarya; transport cost depends on the distance to your plot.
