With 174 m² on two floors, this steel-frame house has six rooms plus a large living room, two bathrooms and two balconies. Six rooms open up possibilities that smaller houses cannot offer: a bedroom for each child, a permanent guest room, a home office and still one room to spare for hobbies or storage.

Structure and finishes of the 174 m² house
The load-bearing system is steel, which the product text describes as earthquake-resistant and long-lasting. The walls are 14 cm thick inside and 22 cm outside for heat and sound insulation, and the building height is 2.80 m. The façade combines OSB with weatherboard-style (yalı baskı) cladding and Betopan corner trims. The windows are lead-free ERPEN PVC, the interior doors are American-style panel doors, and the electrical wiring is concealed. The roof is painted galvanised steel sheet, with metal tiles as an option.
A house of this size needs a plot with room for the building, access and a garden, so check dimensions and orientation before deciding. With concealed wiring, it also pays to plan sockets, lighting and internet points for all six rooms before production, based on how each room will actually be used.
