Why there is no list price
Our prefab models have published list prices. For steel-frame houses we do not publish one, because the items that set the price change from plot to plot:
- Soil and structural design — the soil survey decides the foundation and the steel sections.
- Span and number of floors — a wider span means heavier profiles.
- Cladding and finishing — facade, roof and interior choices change the amount directly.
- Transport and crane — calculated from the province and the access to your plot.
Tell us the model and the size; we give you a price range, and after seeing the plot a written, itemised quote.
