This two-storey prefab house is produced at our own plant in Söğütlü, Sakarya, and assembled on your plot by our installation crew. The layout 4+1 = 4 bedrooms plus a living room. Once the concrete foundation is ready, assembly, installation work and painting take 3–7 days and the house is handed over ready to live in.
Among our 14 two-storey models this one is number 12 by size: 1 m² more than the next smaller model (Two-storey prefab house, 149 m², 4+1) and 5 m² less than the next larger one (Two-storey prefab house, 155 m², 3+1).
150 m² 4+1 with a ground-floor bedroom and a 22 m² main bedroom
"4+1" is how Turkish listings describe four bedrooms plus a living room. The key feature of this two-storey prefab house is that one of the four bedrooms sits on the ground floor, so not every family member has to climb the stairs at night. Downstairs you find a 3.4 m² entrance, a 6.3 m² hall, an open 32 m² living room with kitchen, a 10.4 m² bedroom and a 7.2 m² bathroom. Upstairs, a 6 m² hall serves bedrooms of 22 m², 15 m² and 10 m² and a 6 m² bathroom.
Multi-generation living and large families
The 10.4 m² ground-floor bedroom next to a bathroom is ideal for a grandparent who should avoid stairs, for an adult child who wants some independence, or as a permanent guest room when family visits for the summer. Upstairs, the 22 m² room is large enough for a double bed, a generous wardrobe and a seating or desk corner, while the 15 m² and 10 m² rooms suit children.
The open 32 m² living-kitchen is the social centre of the house. Plan zones clearly: kitchen units along one side, the dining table as a link, and the sofa area towards the windows or the balcony door. With a bathroom listed on each floor, mornings run more smoothly for a large household.
