This single-storey prefab house is produced at our own plant in Söğütlü, Sakarya, and assembled on your plot by our installation crew. The layout 2+1 = 2 bedrooms plus a living room. Once the concrete foundation is ready, assembly, installation work and painting take 3–7 days and the house is handed over ready to live in.
Among our 26 single-storey models this one is number 4 by size: 0 m² more than the next smaller model (Single-storey prefab house, 49 m², 1+1) and 4 m² less than the next larger one (Single-storey prefab house, 53 m², 2+1).
A 49 m² 2+1 plan that gives a small household room to breathe
This single-storey prefab house brings two separate rooms, a living room, a kitchen area and one bathroom together on 49 m². In Turkish listings, “2+1” means two bedrooms plus a living room. Compared with the compact 45 m² 2+1 model, the extra floor area makes furniture placement and moving between rooms noticeably easier.
The model suits small families, couples with one child, people who need a separate study, and plot owners planning a vineyard cottage or summer house. Interior and exterior walls are 10 cm thick, and the building height is 2.50 m. If you need even more living space, the 53 m² 2+1 model offers a larger living room for family use.

Balcony door, sockets and roof: decisions to make early for the 49 m² model
The balcony door connects the living area directly with a garden, veranda or outdoor space – a real plus on a summer-house or garden plot. Keep its opening arc and the walkway clear when furnishing that wall, and if you plan a veranda, think about floor level and rainwater drainage in advance.
Electrical and plumbing lines run concealed inside the walls, so sockets, switches, lighting, TV, internet, kitchen appliances and water points should be fixed before production; moving them later means extra work on the wall surfaces. The façade and corners are clad in Betopan boards, the windows are lead-free ERPEN PVC, and the standard roof is painted galvanised steel sheet, with metal roof tiles available as an option.
