Technical profile of the 232 m² steel house
The load-bearing structure is steel, described by the manufacturer as resistant to earthquakes and harsh weather. The exterior walls are 22 cm and the interior walls 14 cm thick. The façade combines OSB with a weatherboard-style finish and Betopan corner trims, the windows are lead-free ERPEN PVC and the interior doors are moulded panel (“American-style”) doors. The electrical installation is concealed, and the roof is painted galvanised steel sheet, with metal roof tiles available as an option.
