This two-storey prefab house is produced at our own plant in Söğütlü, Sakarya, and assembled on your plot by our installation crew. The layout 3+1 = 3 bedrooms plus a living room. Once the concrete foundation is ready, assembly, installation work and painting take 3–7 days and the house is handed over ready to live in.
Among our 14 two-storey models this one is number 7 by size: 4 m² more than the next smaller model (Two-storey prefab house, 118 m², 3+1) and 9 m² less than the next larger one (Two-storey prefab house, 131 m², 3+1).
122 m² 3+1 with a full bathroom on each floor
"3+1" in Turkish listings means three bedrooms plus a living room. What sets this two-storey prefab house apart is that each floor has its own 5 m² bathroom, rather than just a small WC downstairs. The ground floor combines a 3 m² entrance, a 5 m² hall, a 24 m² living room, a 10 m² kitchen and the first bathroom. Upstairs, a 5 m² hall leads to bedrooms of 15 m², 10 m² and 10 m² and the second bathroom.
Where a second full bathroom makes the difference
Two full bathrooms remove the morning queue in a household of four or five. They are just as useful when relatives stay for several weeks: guests can wash downstairs while the family uses the upper bathroom. For anyone who finds stairs tiring after a long day, a bathroom on the living level is a clear convenience.
The 3 m² entrance is larger than in many compact plans, leaving room for a shoe cabinet and coat hooks so outdoor clothing stays out of the living room. The 24 m² living room takes a sofa group and a dining table side by side, with the 10 m² kitchen alongside. Upstairs, the 15 m² room suits the parents, and the two 10 m² rooms can be children's rooms, a study or a guest room.
