This steel-frame house is produced at our own plant in Söğütlü, Sakarya, and assembled on your plot by our installation crew. Steel-frame houses are planned individually; the structural design and the price are prepared for your plot.

Five rooms and generous space: the 189 m² steel-frame house
This two-storey steel-frame house provides five rooms plus a large living room on 189 m² – a 5+1 layout in the Turkish notation, where the first number counts the rooms and “+1” the living room. Two bathrooms and two balconies complete the package, and the building height of 2.80 m gives the interior an open, spacious feel. The manufacturer presents it as equally suited to town plots and countryside sites.

With five rooms on this much floor area, there is scope for well-furnished bedrooms as well as rooms with a specific purpose. Typical ways to use the house:

Structure and materials of the 189 m² steel house
The steel load-bearing system is presented by the manufacturer as earthquake-resistant. The exterior walls are 22 cm thick and the interior walls 14 cm. The façade combines OSB with a weatherboard-style finish, framed by Betopan corner trims. The windows are lead-free ERPEN PVC, the interior doors are moulded panel (“American-style”) doors, and the electrical installation is concealed in the walls. The roof comes in painted galvanised steel sheet, with metal roof tiles available as an option.
